Route and Contact

On Foot

The shop is situated at about a 12 minutes walk from the Amsterdam Central Station.

With your back to the Central Station, go right, cross the Prins Hendrikkade towards the bridge over the Singel connecting the Korte Nieuwendijk to the Haarlemmerstraat.

Get on the HaarlemmerSTRAAT an keep on walking. Cross the bridge over the Korte Prinsengracht and keep going towards the big arched building you see at the end of the street (the Haarlemmerpoort on the Haarlemmerplein). You are now on the HaarlemmerDIJK. The shop is at number 130 C , on the right on the last block before the Haarlemmerplein.

By Public Transport

You can also take busses 18 or 22 or 21 from the Central Station and get off at Haarlemmerplein. Be sure to check the destination of the busses: bus 18 to Slotervaart, bus 21 to Geuzenveld and bus 22 to Spaardammerbuurt.

Tram 3 also has a stop on the Haarlemmerplein.

By Car

Drive to the Haarlemmerplein and from there into the Haarlemmerdijk (it's a one-way street). There are usually a few parking spots available on the Haarlemmerdijk and always in the Parkeergarage Willemspoort Haarlemmerplein.

Parking is enormously expensive in the center of Amsterdam, 7,50 Euros an hour!!!!! in our neighborhood. There are some parking garages (the nearest being Parkeergarage Willemspoort Haarlemmerplein) which are just as expensive, but with added value: you pay when you get back to your car; it's better than having a tattoo done while all the time worrying about getting a fine for not having paid enough.

If you're expecting a long session: park your car at the P+R (Park and Ride). it's 8 euros per DAY and you can get Public transport tickets for up to 5 persons. We recommend either Sloterdijk or Zeeburgereiland.

Park and Ride Amsterdam: P+R

...otherwise purchase a dayticket (dagkaart) till 7 pm which costs 45 euros!!!!...

On Sundays: park a bit beyond the Haarlemmerplein (Westerpark/Waterkeringweg)...it's free!
